Ever been told that you were too kind to someone? That you are being too nice? Rocco Cozza understands exactly what that is like and is here to tell you that you are not doing anything wrong at all. Rocco is here to tell us all that by introducing more kindness into the workplace, we will find the results could be much more positive for both the workers and the company too. He will truly inspire you to make a change with how you treat people whether it is on a sports team, at work, or in everyday life. Rocco Cozza has had a passion for entrepreneurship and helping others since he was a child. Rocco started his first business selling baseball cards to neighborhood kids during grade school, which evolved into helping them sell theirs.
Rocco went on to obtain a B.A. in Psychology, an MBA, and a JD. He began practicing law over 15 years ago and started his own firm, the Law Office of Rocco E. Cozza, in 2013 to help entrepreneurs and business owners the way in which he wanted. Since then, he has co-founded multiple businesses, from real estate to his business coaching and talent management company, The Cozza Company, where he advises former professional athletes, entertainers, musicians, and entrepreneurs. Recently, he published a book called “The A.L.P.H.A. Way: 5 Keys to Unlocking Your Greatness and Living Your Best Life.” This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
