An old saying states that the fear number one in humanity is not the fear of dying but the fear of public speaking. That a normal human being would rather die rather than giving a Eulogy.

Let’s get real. Yes, some #communication situations are daunting and the fear and symptoms of fear are real….the good news is that there are ways of dealing with fear.

So how can we go from fear to confidence when we talk to an #audience be it #Online or Offline?

What is Fear:
Fear is a natural, powerful, and primitive human emotion. It involves a universal biochemical response as well as a high individual emotional response. Fear alerts us whether the danger is physical or psychological.

What is step number one to reach confidence and handle this anxiety?

Do not try to suppress it,
Process it and reframe it
Something out of the ordinary is about to happen. You feel fear.
Congratulations you are a fully functional Human being – what does your fear tell you? Is it real? Is it a limiting belief?
Once you have the answers to these questions, you can take the first step to Progress towards being confident on your professional stage.

Do not suppress fear, instead Process to progress.
